From the first call to a working system — four steps, four weeks

We sit with you — in your office or over a call — and walk your actual workflow: where an order enters, who approves it, how the invoice leaves, and where it breaks today. You leave with a written list of what changes and what stays. We ask for nothing and quote nothing in this session.

We load a real sample of your data — a customer list, an item list, one month's ledger — and drive the system in front of you. Not a slide deck: real screens with your customers' names on them. After this you know exactly what you are buying, and we know the real scope, so the price rests on fact rather than estimate.

We configure your instance: vertical, branches, roles, chart of accounts, invoice templates with your logo, printers and POS hardware where relevant. Then we migrate your existing data from Excel or your current system — opening balances, customers, suppliers, items. You re-enter nothing. You review a copy that matches your own numbers before we proceed.

We train each person on their own screens, not on "the system" in the abstract. Then we run in parallel for a full week — old system and new system side by side — until you are confident, and only then switch the old one off. After that: WhatsApp support with a human on the other end, and regular updates.
