What does Jadwal cost?
Pricing on request. We sell a custom ERP for your line of business — with AI at its core — under an implementation contract that includes setup, migration, training and first-year support, with a desktop edition coming soon. The figure is written into a proposal after the discovery session, because it follows your sector, users, branches, migration size and customisations — we publish no price list on the site.
How long does go-live take?
Two to four weeks for setup and migration, then one week for training and running in parallel. Multi-company projects take longer, and we say so in the proposal — not after signature.
Will it move my data from my current system or from Excel?
Yes, and migration is part of the implementation price: opening balances, customers, suppliers and items. You review a copy that matches your own numbers before go-live.
Does it really work in Arabic?
The system is Arabic by origin, not by translation: interface, invoices, reports and documents are all right-to-left Arabic, with full English one click away.
Where is my data kept?
Two options today: in the cloud run by us, or on a server dedicated to you alone, where your data never leaves your control. A desktop edition on your own office machine is coming soon.
Does it work without internet?
The point of sale keeps working offline and syncs as soon as the connection returns. The desktop edition, coming soon, runs entirely locally.
What exactly does the AI do — and can it touch my books?
It reads your data and writes you a draft — a quotation, a report, a journal entry — and shows it to you field by field. Nothing is executed before you approve it. Your data is never used to train any model, and your agent never sees another company's data.
Is it right for my trade?
We have tailored editions for law, engineering consultancy, property and rentals, cleaning, hospitality and maintenance, retail, education centers, contracting, manufacturing, car rental, workshops and delivery. If your trade is not among them the same core is tailored to it — tell us in the session.
Who supports me after go-live, and in what language?
A team in Doha, on WhatsApp and in Arabic, from the company that built the system rather than a reseller. Support is included for the first year under the implementation contract.
Does it meet Qatari invoicing and accounting requirements?
It produces invoices, books and documents fit for review and audit, its chart of accounts is shaped to your accountant's requirements, and any new regulatory requirement arrives in the updates.
Two questions we do not answer today
“Can I try it myself?” and “Where do I download the desktop app?” — there is no self-serve trial and no download link on the site; the desktop edition is coming soon — register your interest and we will tell you when it is ready, and we will not put a button that leads nowhere.
