The self-serve cloud is not open to the public yet; its published anchor is from QAR 800 a year at launch. The final figure is built after the discovery session, because it follows users, branches and migration size.

Two to four weeks for setup and migration, then one week for training and running in parallel. Multi-company projects take longer, and we say so in the proposal — not after signature.

Yes, and migration is part of the implementation price: opening balances, customers, suppliers and items. You review a copy that matches your own numbers before go-live.

The system is Arabic by origin, not by translation: interface, invoices, reports and documents are all right-to-left Arabic, with full English one click away.

Three options you choose from: a shared cloud, a server dedicated to you alone, or your own machine in your office. In the second and third, your data never leaves your control.

The point of sale keeps working offline and syncs as soon as the connection returns. The desktop edition runs entirely locally.
