Property and rental management

Leases live in folders, collection happens by personal reminder, and the owner statement is typed into Excel at month end.

Property management is detail work: units, leases, instalments, maintenance, and owners waiting for their statements. Jadwal holds that whole chain — from a unit's status to the net due to its owner.

Every unit knows its state: leased, vacant, or under maintenance.

Your day with Jadwal

  1. 1Properties and their units on one screen, each unit knowing its state: leased, vacant, or under maintenance.
  2. 2A lease generates its full payment schedule the moment it is created.
  3. 3Collection is recorded against the lease, and arrears surface without chasing.
  4. 4Post-dated cheques are recorded with their due dates and surface in the due list before them; the entry closes when you confirm the cheque cleared or bounced.
  5. 5Maintenance requests open against the unit, go to a technician, and close with their cost.
  6. 6The owner statement comes out automatically at month end: revenue, commission, expenses, net.
  7. 7Alerts before lease renewal and before registration and insurance expire.

The screens

The lease generates its own payment schedule and warns you before renewal.
The owner statement comes out on its own at month end — not typed into Excel.

What it does not do

We write these down because a customer discovers them after buying if we do not.

  • It is not a property-listing portal — it does not market your units publicly or take rental enquiries from the web.
  • It does not connect to government property-registration systems; lease data is entered on your side.

The reference

A property group in Qatar — running on a dedicated server, with the owner-statements module and registration/insurance expiry tracking. The name will be published after the contract is signed and the group agrees.

Questions from this sector

How is the owner statement computed?

From the month's revenue on that owner's leased units, less your commission and the maintenance expenses posted against those units — and the net shows as payable to them in the books, not in a side file.

Does it track tenants' post-dated cheques?

Yes — each cheque with its due date and status, surfacing in the due list before its date. Its journal entry is written the moment it is recorded and closed when you confirm it cleared or bounced — that confirmation is the accountant's, not the calendar's.

We run several companies in a group — does it separate their books?

Yes — each company with its own books and permissions, plus a group console that consolidates the picture for whoever is allowed to see it.
