Pricing
What we sell, and how its price is set
No published price list. We sell a custom ERP for your line of business — with AI at its core — and desktop editions ready for some sectors; the figure is written into a proposal after the discovery session, because it follows your sector, users, branches and migration size. This page tells you what the price includes and what moves it, before you call.
A custom ERP for your line of business

What moves the price?
Four factors and no fifth — we ask about them in the discovery session, then we write the figure.
Number of users
How many people log in daily, and in which roles.
Branches and companies
One branch or several, one company or a group.
Migration size
How many years of history, items, customers and suppliers move across.
Customisations
Reports, documents or integrations beyond the ready pack.
Financing
Qatar Development Bank's technology financing covers up to 85% of a software purchase at 0% in the first year — and we help you prepare the paperwork.
Book a free discovery session
Sixty minutes walking your workflow, with no price and no commitment — then we write you a figure built on your reality.
What does Jadwal cost?
Pricing on request. We sell a custom ERP for your line of business — with AI at its core — under an implementation contract that includes setup, migration, training and first-year support, plus desktop editions ready for some sectors. The figure is written into a proposal after the discovery session, because it follows your sector, users, branches, migration size and customisations — we publish no price list on the site.
How long does go-live take?
Two to four weeks for setup and migration, then one week for training and running in parallel. Multi-company projects take longer, and we say so in the proposal — not after signature.
Will it move my data from my current system or from Excel?
Yes, and migration is part of the implementation price: opening balances, customers, suppliers and items. You review a copy that matches your own numbers before go-live.
Where is my data kept?
Three options you choose from: in the cloud run by us, on a server dedicated to you alone, or on your own machine in your office where a desktop edition exists for your sector. In the second and third, your data never leaves your control.
